khasmiri curry beef atau mutton ni dapat dari resepi chef Joha hassan,nampak sedap apa lagi daging pun ada dan bahan2 semua dalam simpanan so go head lah....... makan dengan nasi minyak pulak terasa macam dekat majlis kawin gi tu hahaha...............

Masakan kalau kata chef je yg masak tentu sedap kan? tak dapat nak gi restoran dia masak sendiri pun ok lah cuma rasa tak sama lah dengan chef punya...........jom kita nekmati resepi dari chef ni

Ingredients
1Kg Beef/Lamb - cut in cunchy cubes
3 Bay Leaves
7 Cardamoms
1 tspn of Cloves
2 Cinnimon sticks
1/2 tspn Fennel Seeds (Jintan Halus)
2 Large Japanes Onions - Thinly Slice
2 tspn Tumeric powder
3 tbspn of Chili paste / powder
3 tspn of Coriander powder
3 inch of Ginger
4 cloves of Garlic - to pound with ginger, make into a paste
2 tomatoes - chopped
1 tbspn of tomatoes puree
1 cup of water
Salt to taste
1 bunch of coriander leaves - chopped coarsely (for garnish)
1/2 cup of cooking oil

Method
Heat oil in the pan. Add the bay leaves, then the seed spices
liked Cardamons, fennel seed, cinnimon stick and cloves. Then add
the slice onions, 3 dry chilies and the dried powder spices, Tumeric, coriander. Stir still the onions are soft then add chili paste, tomatoes & tomatoes puree. Mixed well, then add the lamb cubes. Add 1 cups of water. Cooked for 30 to 45mins till the meat is cooked and tender.
For serving Sprinkle with fried onions and coriander leaves, optional fried potatoes
